[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a new watch and after reviewing what was out there I chose the Ultra. Its been a great watch. Very durable. I am a flat bed truck driver. I throw straps and chains all day. Ive hit the watch with strap hooks a few times and no damage. Maybe ive just been lucky but its stood up to quite. Bit of abuse. Its great paid with my S24 ultra. The Samsung health app syncs automatically and keeps track of all my steps and exercises through out the day. The health app is probably the most important and useful thing my watch does for me.
I can pair it to my ear buds and continue to listen to music while away from my phone. And when I get back, it syncs right up.
The battery seems to last a god ling time. I normally can get two full days of heavy use out of it.
I like yhe way the bands attach to the watch. Much better then the normal style of spring bar and lug system. Much more secure and easier to remove and replace if you chose to do so.

First smart wearable!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this watch because i wanted to get something i could use to crawl around attics with so when i get phone calls i can quickly answer them without having to try to pull my phone out of my pocket this made all of that easy and i can clearly talk and hear through the watch with no issues, along with a pretty loud speaker and a sizable display the functiona are completely well thought out.

Watch is nice but software isn't great

I tried to get help but their people just said the defect was in a software update without actually listening to me. They told me it is working fine. Its not. I have lots of samsung products so I'm pretty disappointed.

So convenient yet discrete

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the watch ultra a couple years ago after my previous galaxy watch quit on me, I don't remember the model, but I was a couple years with a normal simple digital watch, but ended up getting one last year, (I'm actually thinking of getting the watch ultra 2 in the next couple of weeks) but I love it as an extension of my phone that because of that watch I don't have to pull out my phone for anything really, except for certain apps, but calls, text, notifications, I can leave my phone on my waist, even if I leave my phone at home for some reason I am still able to call or text. I love it!!!!!!!!
