Galaxy Watch is more useful than I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ECG and fitness tracking alone make this worth it, having real health monitoring on your wrist 24/7 feels like a genuine upgrade to daily life.
What surprised me most is how much I use the medication/supplement reminder feature -- it keeps my daily supplement routine on track without having to think about it.
And of course, getting notifications on the wrist means I'm not constantly pulling out my phone. Small thing, but you notice it quickly.
