My ultra watch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I appreciate the watch’s compatibility with essential apps like wallets, weather, and fitness tracking. However, it would be beneficial to access both Google Wallet and Samsung Wallet without setting one as default, as added flexibility would improve the experience. (Ecosystem/Software Flexibility) While the watch comes preloaded with common apps, the app store feels limited in variety and engagement. It will be interesting to see how future updates improve functionality and appeal. (App Ecosystem/Software) In terms of customization, more control over preloaded watch faces would be welcome. “Vision enhancement” settings create more muted complication colors, but I would prefer keeping those tones on the watch face while the app interface stays vibrant. A “complication color” option would allow more cohesive personalization. (UI/UX/Customization) Battery life lasts a full day with regular use, which is acceptable, though improvements would help. Faster charging could offset this and make battery less of a concern. (Battery/Charging) Although some may find the watch bulky, I find it comfortable, especially with a nylon or corded band over the standard strap. However, during certain activities, the size and side keys can lead to unintended inputs, opening apps unintentionally. Adjustments to key placement or a lock feature would improve usability. (Hardware Comfort/Usability)

Okay watch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The watch's screen and battery life are major upgrades from my classic 4. I'm not a huge fan of the button on the side as the watch is quite large and gets pushed anytime I bend my wrist. Call quality is okay, but not great.
