The phone that fails to disappoint

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this phone as my first flagship that I would buy on launch day. I wasn't sure what to expect coming from Samsung's older Z fold line, but I was certainly surprised by what was in store. I am one to carry battery packs wherever I travel because I might not find an outlet, but this Samsung has fully put to rest any anxiety I had with how long the battery last, to the point that I dont feel stressed when I'm out and about and my phone is at 20%. The privacy display has been a gamechanger and as someone who checks emails in public settings, allowing me to not question if someone is looking over my shoulder. Overall this phone phone has changed the standard narrative of cellphones causing stress in people's lives, proving nothing but the opposite in day to day usage. I applaud Smasung for making the device that fits my life the best and can't wait to see more of what comes in future.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this phone as an upgrade from my s24 Ultra. Wonderful and awesome upgrade. A bit lighter than the s24 ultra, awesome vivid screen. Still finding new features on the phone and exploring the features. Haven't gone into full exploration on the phone, but it was a very good upgrade..
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Samsung s26 Ultra as a gift to my mom because it has a great camera takes beautiful videos and she won't have to upgrade from it in a lot of years the battery is amazing and she said that the size was right.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose to upgrade from the S24 Ultra to the new S26 Ultra.
I use it primarily to record content for my IG account. I value high quality content. Most of my friends who post good content use the same series S23 Ultra up to mine.
Common phrases I hear when I'm out in the wild recording or post something: That's crispy!! That's so clear!! Wow that's a nice camera!! What phone do you have? I have to get one.
Also I need a lot of storage. I got the 1TB phone which is great for me!! I haven't ran out of space yet.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a Samsung customer for years now. I chose Samsung products because the value you get and reliability. My S26 ultra is another great product by the Samsung corporation. It looks, feels, and is a premium quality device with impeccable features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new Snapdragon chip is unbelievably impressive. I chose this phone as an upgrade to my S24 Ultra for my gaming needs, and I have to say, I really blows my old phone out of the water. I can max out settings with no worry, and even add a recording on top of it without impact to my performance when the action on my screen gets intense. New customization options with One UI 9 make personalizing the phone a breeze, with an end result distinct from any other showcases on the internet. This is just the type of thing that keeps me coming back to Samsung.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My galaxy s26 ultra is PRETTY AWESOME. The nightography is absolutely stunning. The galaxy AI is also pretty cool because it lets me know ahead of time when I need something like a doctor's appointment I scheduled, or a reminder I need to. "I chose" these features because they are absolutely different than my last s21 ultra, which had none of what the s26 ultra has. The camera systems are stunning, the performance is absolutely peak, and I can use my phone without it heating up. I am also gonna mention the built in privacy display. Its absolutely incredible. I can hide content away from shoulder surfers like "little brothers" and people who want to just look at my phone to be nosey. The detail on the display is still over-the-top performance. Everything i use this phone, I hardly notice any if not, no lagging at all. Thanks to the snapdragon 8 elite(3nm) processor. This phone is an absolute Beast-of-an-android and I can't wait for what samsung has in store for next year!!!
Mostly good except the screen is a clear downgrade from my s22 ultra. Same resolution but the s26 ultra looks grainy. Even at max resolution texts still lacks clarity. I believe this is due to the privacy display feature even though it is turned off. I would rather not have that feature at all (I will never use it) vs the current screen quality. Kinda of ridiculous that a phone this expensive would go backwards in screen tech. I've had samsung for years but if they don't fix this I might have to start researching other options. Turns out I use the screen on phones a lot, maybe make sure that part is top notch. The reason I pick the ultra over other in the series is because of the larger screen size and resolution so it's quite disappointing coming from my s22 ultra.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
