This is a great tool. It makes ice cream very easily. The only thing is I would have loved more guidance on cleaning the blade. I know it says to wipe it and to not submerge it but it touches food so I don’t feel comfortable not washing it with soap and water. But I don’t want to damage anything inside by cleaning it to my satisfaction.

The FastFreeze Ice Cream Maker is compact, easy to use and easy to clean. I'm so happy with this clever little gadget. The main reason I was interested in this ice cream maker is the compact size. It's easy to store it away because it takes up so little space. After reading the reviews and details about how it works, I was sold. I love being able to make up the ice cream base ahead of time and put the extra ingredients in after the ice cream has been whipped. My family loves it too. Our favorite recipe so far is the Cheese cake ice cream.

I was looking for something to make Ice cream ! This is nice and compact and easy to use! There also some recipes included! It's very easy to use and also very quiet! The version i bought makes 1/2 pints which is perfect, it came with three 1/2 pint containers!
