Fast freeze ice cream maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fast freeze ice cream maker works really good and fast. I’m under 3 minutes you have ice cream that taste really good. You have to freeze the liquid and after that the machine does the rest.

FastFreeze Cuisinart Fun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Cuisinart FastFreeze Ice Cream Maker about a week ago. I appreciate the recipes. So far I’ve made the pink lemonade slushy with apple juice and the chocolate protein ice cream. The slushy was the perfect consistency for spooning and sipping through a straw. The protein ice cream consistency wasn’t quite ice cream level. I processed it 4 times so maybe I needed to do it more. This ice cream maker is pretty easy to use, especially once you get the hang of it. The first time doing the ice cream one was difficult and I had to use 2 hands to press it down. I like having homemade ice cream on hand that I can make “healthier”. Twenty-four hours isn’t a long time to wait to process it. Overall I love my Cuisinart FastFreeze and I can’t wait to try more recipes.

Super convenient ice cream maker!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product in exchange for my honest review. When I received this product, I already owned a similar item from a competitor. The competitor's product is at least twice as large, if not larger, Aunt effectively has to stay on the countertop at all times, as it is too large to reasonably stay in a cabinet.
Both devices require that ingredients be frozen 24 hours before they are usable in the machines. Both devices also make nearly identical ice creams and sorbets. However, this Cuisinart ice cream maker is significantly smaller than the competitor product. That is what makes this product stand out. It is much easier to store, clean, Aunt take from place to place as needed.
The only downside compared to the competitor, is that the cup size is a bit smaller. I think that's a trade-off worth making, though. It is probably also important to note that the recipes in the guidebook are really good! I made the mango sorbet for my 4-year-old son, and he absolutely loved it.

So easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm impressed by this little machine. I used a standard chocolate ice cream recipe, melted my ingredients together, and then froze it in the included cups. The ice cream maker works so fast, maybe a couple of minutes max. The blade extends all the way to the edges and doesn't leave any unblended mixture along the sides. The ice cream is perfectly creamy with no iciness after just one ice cream cycle. I also tried some frozen juice with with similar stellar results. Cleaning it was a little finicky because some of my mixture got in the middle assembly, so I had to spot clean it. Overall, this is a very powerful little machine with endless possibilities I'm excited to explore.

Fun and Easy to Use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I was very pleased with this ice cream maker. I appreciate that the form factor is very compact compared to the competition, and it is easy to use. It makes very tasty ice cream and comes with a good amount of recommended recipes. The one drawback is that the serving size pint is very small and will require multiple containers to be prepped to make a reasonable amount of ice cream. Overall I would recommend this!

So simple!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love how straightforward this product was to use. It’s easy enough that everyone in my family knows how to use it. I love making sorbets from my frozen mangoes or açaí bites. You just need to be careful not to over fill it and you’re all set! It’s very easy to clean and stores really nicely if you have a small kitchen space.

A Little Learning Curve, A Lot of Treats

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you SO MUCH, Cuisinart and Home Tester Club, for letting me to test out the Cuisinart FastFreeze Ice Cream Maker #ICE-FD10 gratis in exchange for my feedback. I think this machine is AWESOME. I went a little off grid creating my bases for ice cream, sorbet, slushies, and milkshakes. I did not follow any specific recipes, instead utilizing ingredients like cold brew protein powder and coffee, oat milk, bananas, maple syrup, and more. For the banana ice cream, I also used the mix-in mode to blend in fresh strawberries. That was a real hit! I did notice that the mixing element did not quite reach the bottom inch or so of the dessert cups, leaving that area consistently unblended in all modes. I also noted that the mixing assembly was a little difficult and confusing to clean. The instructions say not to immerse it in water and to wipe it clean, but also say to rinse it under the faucet, which is truly the only way to uncake it. Overall, the FastFreeze is great. I SCREAM I RECOMMEND!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical at first when I got the product, but I was wrong! This made some fantastic ice-cream. Note though it does require planning to use the maker ahead of time, as it is just a mixer for pre frozen mixes.
