[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using Norelco and Phillips since 16 and I'm 70+. Like the feel in the hand and the head, but it's not as flexible as some. Could never get it to link with my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra through the app, but I could get it pair with the phone. Had tried with a Note 20, still nothing in the app.
The most important thing is the shave; and that's very good. But don't tell me about an app that does not yet work.

This razor gives a very close shave without razor burn or irritating my skin. The battery last the 20 hours as advertised. I can shave around my mustache with ease. I really like this razor and would highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shaver is definitely the best one out there today. Have used a Braun for years and there is absolutely no comparison between the two. However quit advertising that this shaver has Bluetooth feature because after two replacements none of them will pair! This is not a negative because it doesn’t affect the quality of the shave. I just don’t think you should advertise that capability when it is non existent!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Philips Norelco shavers for over 50 years! This new 9000 Series has the closest shave ever especially when used as a wet shave. Very close and comfortable and I have a tough beard!
I get about three weeks shaving time on a charge and that includes using the Cleaning Pod.

Have owned and used Phillips shaver products for over 50 years..this one is the best with one exception..The trimmer used for sideburns and mustache.is almost useless for a quality cut..I have to revert bach to one of my earliest models.. extremely disappointed with the trimmer function..the engineers who changed years of quality trimmer design for the trimmer installed on this shaver should be embarrassed..
