Single shaving Head Doesn’t clean

The cleaning portion is problematic. The single shaving head doesn’t contact with the cleaning solution so it doesn’t clean. Requiring cleaning with water etc. Sort of defeats the point of cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Norelco 9000 series because it is a well-known, trusted brand. Purchasers are advised to use the product for at least 20 days to allow the beard to acclimate to the new shaver. This is good advice. At first, the shaver was less than satisfactory, but as I continued to use it, the shave improved until now the shaver gives a good cut. Also advised is to use circular movements when shaving. Although strange at first, this is the best way to get a good cut from this shaver. My only challenge is cutting below the jaw line where there is a curve joining the neck to the jaw. In fairness, most shavers have challenges in this area. Norelco does an OK job here, but the user must go over the area multiple times and pressing into the neck to complete the shave. All in all, this is a good shaver to have. It compares well to my other electric and does somewhat better in the difficult neck area.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Close shave, easy to clean, and great battery life. The detail trimmer that came with it actually cuts node and ear hair and detail around ears...what a concept!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Much slower than shaving with a blade, but I'm no longer cutting my face to ribbons - old, thin skin. I don't have a smart phone. The little brush is helpful for cleaning out the cuttings but It should be orange or red to be seen in the carry case. I'll see how long the shaver continues to function.
