I had problems with another shark vacuum and the guarantee on shark/ninja is AMAZING they are very friendly,understanding and responsive

Suction sucks

My other cordless dies and so Shark replaced it with this one. This one doesn't seem to have the same level of suction power that my previous one had, which is a big issue for me. We have 8 kids and 2 dogs and a cat. I need a vacuum that I can trust to clean instead of repeatedly going over and over the same areas.
Battery life is better though so at least there's that.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect for my needs

So so happy with my new Shark vacuum. Very easy to use move around. I vacuum daily because I have 2 cats and a dog. You can imagine the pet hair! This vacuum picks it up beautifully. Kudos, Shark!

Nice quality, easy to handle

This vacuum has many options and is easy to switch from tool to tool. It is very lightweight and easy to maneuver. The battery charges quickly. I appreciate the small profile that the vacuum has as you are storing it. The bending in the middle to clean under furniture is a nice addition. Hair does not get stuck in the vacuum which is VERY helpful!
