Suction and runtime work as advertised. Very happy with the vacuums’s automatic change between carpet and hard surfaces

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago this seems to be working well it's not really what I expected I expected more floor suction and rug suction I'm not really happy with that I like the light weight of it And the mobility of it but I think it's I paid a little bit more than it should really be I think you're very overpriced What's up
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on the PowerPro.
We understand how disappointing it is when a vacuum doesn't meet your expectations, especially when you were hoping for stronger floor and carpet suction. While we're glad to hear you appreciate the lightweight design and mobility, we're sorry that you feel the performance and value haven't lived up to the price you paid.

Best One Yet

I have had several models of the Shark cordless vacuum and this one is the best. The suction is amazing, the automatic adjustment from floor to carpet is great, and the LED headlights show exactly how much dog hair is in the floor😟. Very
pleased with this model and definitely recommend for all uses.

Dirt and hair gone without a trace!

The hair wrap feature is the best invention ever!
That alone makes this vacuum well worth it……
but wait….. there’s more! The bendability of this makes it easy to get under things, but also makes storage easier. Oh, did I mention the lights that allow you to clearly see the dirt before it is easily sucked up?! Clearly, I love my new vacuum❣️

I am very happy that I chose this vacuum. It picked up so much from my carpets that it looks cleaner. The light for hard wood floor shows you where and how much dirt is on your floor. I have enjoyed this vacuum so far
