Great sound, poor software

Good sound quality and noise cancellation, but the software leaves a lot to be desired. There are very few customization options. You cannot turn off announcing each device that is connected and sometimes it is difficult to get the chosen device to swap. You also cannot use the headphones while they are charging.

Please note that the audible voice prompts that your system announce (e.g. battery status and connection prompts) can be turned on or off, depending on your preference. You can adjust this setting in the Bose app > Settings menu > Preferences > Voice Prompts

Doesn't hold the charge. I feel if I leave a day the battery gets drained quickly.

Couldn’t Recommend More!

I bought these earlier this month and have not been disappointed once! As a college student the noise cancleling is great and they haven’t stopped working due to cold weather on my walks around campus like a lot of other brands do. Couldn’t recommend more, so lightweight and comfortable!!!

After wanting a pair of headphones a few years I finally got the itch to go ahead and buy. I saw these and thought it was a good deal. I asked around and read the reviews saw that everyone raved about BOSE. I loved the color. I purchased them and have been happy a happy customer ever since. They are comfortable, have a crisp sound and look great on. It has a lot of features that I haven't played with yet but haven't needed them. This is the best buy so far this year!
