Customer Reviews for Samsung - Refurbished Good - Galaxy Watch7 Aluminum Smartwatch 40mm BT - Cream - (2024)

Awful battery life and battery drain. Cool watch but might as well be a paper weight with the poor battery life. I can not make it through an 8 hour work day without it dying and if you leave it off the charger over night it loses 40% battery. I came from a watch 4 where you never had to worry about charging for at least 24 hours so this is ridiculous.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hey Marcus, we appreciate you reaching out to share your feedback with us. Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Watch7. It's great that you like the design, but we understand how frustrating battery life challenges can be. The Galaxy Watch7 is designed to provide up to 40 hours of battery life on a single charge, depending on your usage patterns. We recommend checking to make sure your watch is running the current software version available. We've also linked an article to that provides more options to help optimize your watch. If these steps don’t help, reach out to us at Samsung Support for further assistance. Your feedback is important to us, and we hope we're able to help find a solution to make your Galaxy Watch7 experience as seamless as possible! -Kelvin

Watch loses charge and dies after 7 hours. I use it for step counting and have to charge it midday to be able to continue capturing steps. My daughter received same watch and hers is fine. I just received a lemon.

We appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us. Your feedback is greatly invaluable to us. We see that you reached out to review the Watch7. We understand the importance of having a durable battery so that you can enjoy the features like Voice-to-text summaries. Effortlessly capture your thoughts and take meeting notes with Galaxy AI. I can not carge it from my phone like my old one (3),also the battery go down faster than the other one, last the screen easy to break the old one (3 watch) has the protection around it so it did not break even after all this years of heavy work.
I miss the old one it is better quality.

We value your honest feedback and are dedicated to providing the best experience for all our customers. It seems that you have contacted us to share your thoughts on the Galaxy Watch7. The Galaxy Watch Ultra and Galaxy Watch7 now can track advanced glycation end products (AGEs) for the first time, providing a better understanding of metabolic health. Additionally, a Dual-frequency GPS system enables more precise location tracking during workouts in any outdoor environment. The Galaxy Watch uses light sensors that operate within the limits set by the IEC62471 safety regulations. We understand the importance of having a long-lasting battery to enjoy these features. If you are experiencing shortened battery life, we suggest ensuring that your watch has the latest software version. To do this, open the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone. Depending on your watch, tap Watch settings or the SETTINGS tab. Then, tap About Watch and select Update Watch software. Alternatively, tap About Gear and then tap Update Gear software. It's also important to ensure that the apps used with the watch are up to date, as software updates help maintain smooth operation, enhance security, and improve the user interface while also removing minor bugs. If this continues to be your experience, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Watch 7 is incredible, with it I have been able to track my day-to-day general health, my steps, my calories expended and track my sleep so I have all my energy for my next day of work. The user experience is wonderful, the quality is excellent, I have told my friends about it and they were all delighted with the watch. Combined with galaxy AI I can surpass myself and have the latest technology at hand.
