[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I looked online to figure out the best way to replace the filter and noticed the directions differed from what was listed on the package. It would be beneficial to have the directions match. Is there a need to soak the filter before inserting and discarding the first 2 or 3 pitchers of water? Also, a reminder to line up the filter with the notch on the filter with the part where it is inserted would be helpful.
