easy to use pitcher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleasantly surprised by this Voxbox and found the pitcher easy to set up. I followed the instructions and started using this product the same day it arrived. I was not expecting the water to be so slow to trickle down but that means it’s actually working and doing its job. I would recommend to anyone who doesn’t want to spend $$$ on a water delivery service

Wasted filters?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Brita pitcher because the filters can be recycled. The filter that came with the pitcher worked well. However, when I replaced the filter with a new one, the indicator immediately showed "Replace". I changed that for another new one. The same thing happened

While we recognize that after you replaced our Standard Filter the indicator on our Filtering Water Pitcher didn't change, we assure you that your water is still being filtered. Resetting your filter change indicator may resolve the issue. Press firmly and hold the reset button for 5-10 seconds. The green, yellow and red lights will simultaneously blink. Don't release the reset button until the lights stop blinking. While we hope this helps, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at 800-242-7482 and provide reference number 220121-000406.
