Until recently I always used Brita brand replacement filters. The off brand just doesnt deliver half the quality water filtration as the Brita filters. Theres no savings in buying any brand other than Brita for their filtration systems!
Pros: Good Value, Easy to Drink, Great for the Environment, convenient, Health Reasons, Great Taste, Great Design

Takes away hard water taste and appearance

I have very hard water - rust & lime, and no water softner. I need Brita to filter it or it has such a nasty taste and look, no one wants to drink it.
Can't afford to use bottled water all the time. Brita is the best solution for me.
Pros: Good Value, Easy to Drink, Health Reasons, Great Taste, iron & lime water

I've used Brita pitchers for years and replaced many filters when necessary. This is the FIRST time I ever fell ill after replacing a filter. I tried all three and had the same results.
No more, thank you.
Pros: it was time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Save money on the 3-Pack

Purchased the three pack at the same time we ordered pitcher system, to same time and money shopping, and shipping.
This is a really nice filter, and are individually sealed until ready to use; so we can store the handily until needed.
and we generally saved 15% over the single unit price.

persistant charcoal particiles

After many fill-ups I am still seeing alot of charcoal particiles in the white bowl. Is the filter defective or should I expect this indefinitly?

Love the product

I, of course wish the filters were less expensive for your pitchers and you offered different sized pitchers and maybe you do and I have not seen them. I drink a lot of water, zero water, but really like cold Brita filtered water out of the refrigerator. Almost all members of my extended family have Brita pitchers and use your products. I like what I have seen of your products and would like to see your entire line.

I had come to this page to complain so here goes - I have purchased Brita pitchers for years and replace the filters approximately every 3 months - sometimes less but never much more - this time the filter lasted from 12/21 to 1/10 - seriously? why should I have to come to this page to write a review instead of the contact page? I usually would recommend but I'm seriously disppointed
