[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I HAVE USED BRITA MANY YEARS NOW, CANNOT DRINK TAP WATER PLAIN ANYMORE. THE FILTER MAKES THE WATER TASTE BETTER. DRINK ABOUT 7 TO 8 GLASES OF WATER EACH DAY. I THINK IT IS DUE TO THE BRITA FILTER THAT I ENJOY THIS WATER

I have been using Brita for more than 15years and I am very pleased with it. I never had a problem with the filters or the pitcher. I am presently using one that signals when to change the filter. It would be nice to get some coupons now and then.

Brita replacement filter instructions ? Not a drop of info, not even a picture of mine. It’s the same o crap a Hanes Manual fluffs off on a shade tree mech. Illustrations NEVER match yours. Guess I’ll wing it. Seriously the filter for a pitcher says to soak in water before useahh but online says No soaking hahaha

This sounds frustrating, and we're sorry that our Standard Pitcher and Dispenser Replacement Filters didn't include a user guide. To replace your filter, please follow these simple steps. Rinse the filter with cold water for 15 seconds before use. Insert the filter into the reservoir by lining up the groove in the filter with the ridge in the reservoir. Press firmly to ensure a tight seal. Fill the reservoir with cold tap water. Discard your first three pitchers of filtered water, or use this water for plants. It's normal for carbon dust to appear in your first fillings.
