Purchased the Longlast filter since the Elite was out of stock. It doesn’t filter anything, water pours into the dispenser like there’s no filter at all. I tasted the water and could smell the chlorine. Went out and purchased the two-month filters. Much better!
Pros: Easy to Drink, Health Reasons, Great for the Environment, Great Taste

I bought the elite replacement filter and it lasted under 2 months. i am the only one using it.

I just received my 4 new filters and not one of them fit my old pitcher! The filter does not set and the water leaks around it. I am so disappointed! Now I have to put back the old filter and order the less effective product. I feel ripped off!

Doesn’t last a month!

I have bought (2) two packs of elite filters and the first one worked perfectly and lasted about 6 months. The second filter in that pack only lasted about a month- thought maybe it just malfunctioned or was a one off. When I opened the second two pack both filters didn’t even last a month. They only drained for about a week or so each, and now are not draining at all into my Brita. For the elite filters being significantly higher in price and having now 3 not work is very frustrating - I’ve tried everything to fix it and I’m very disappointed.

Our Elite filters should take at most 10-15 minutes to filter a reservoir of water in your pitcher or dispenser. The only exceptions are water that contains high levels of either air or sediment; which is the case in a small fraction of households across the States. The water run right through and is not filtering the water sorry I got this one

Please ensure you are lining up the groove on the filter with the notch inside the reservoir. After that, you can insert the filter into the reservoir. The filter should fit firmly and not be able to move. The last three i bought there was a smell that made the water taste and smell bad. I kept buying it thinking i was mistaken but other people smelled and taste it as well. I feel totally scammed by this product. Expensive little thing to end up just throwing away.

We've been using this product for years. It's helps reduce plastic bottle use. It saves on money and I don't have to worry about pulling my back out from carrying heavy water bottles.
