The watch itself is fine, it's the same as my watch 6 feature wise. What i don't like is the silver "square" that now surrounds the watch face. It makes it look more masculine, and also collects dust and dirt, very easily.

Response from Samsung USBy R&R Team, March 12, 2026
Hi there Chelsea,
Thanks for reaching out to share your feedback with us regarding your experience using the Samsung Galaxy Watch8. We appreciate your constructive input as we improve our product line. The Galaxy Watch8 Series offers significant performance and hardware upgrades over the Galaxy Watch6, featuring a faster 3nm processor, increased storage of 64GB storage vs 16GB, and a brighter 3,000-nit display. It includes advanced health sensors for vascular load, antioxidant index, alongside with dual-band GPS for better accuracy and sleep apnea detection. For your convenience, I have included a few resources you may find helpful to keep your device in its pristine condition. Feel free to check it out and contact Samsung Support after if you would like any further assistance. Thank you for being a valued Samsung customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am still learning to use the watch for messages which is actually pretty cool when I can get it to work. I utilize Galaxy AI to enhance or create new images for my stories and poetry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The watch is nice, but will be great if improve the Amazon music because I can't heard it, unless I have the phone around, and one of the purpose of acquiring this item was for me to able to heard my music and have my samsung health workout track without the need of phone. I can't heard Amazon music unless I download it, set it up, and only very few songs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Traded in my 7 for the 8. Got the big one. It's probably too big for me but idc. I love that i can see the screen so much better. Battery lasts me 2 days. Way better than the 7 and I loved my 7. I do not regret this upgrade.
