Performance and Display
The new 3nm processor makes the interface feel incredibly fluid, especially when using the integrated Google Gemini for hands-free tasks. The display is a major highlight, reaching 3,000 nits of peak brightness, which makes it easily readable even in the direct Florida sun.
Galaxy AI Features
Samsung has doubled down on health tracking with Galaxy AI, introducing several features that actually impact daily life:
Energy Score: It provides a simple daily readiness number by analyzing sleep, activity, and heart rate. Running Coach: The 12-minute running assessment is great for getting a personalized fitness level and training plan. Vascular Load & Antioxidants: New sensors offer unique insights into cardiovascular stress and nutritional health that go beyond standard step counting. Design and Utility
The "cushion" design is a nice touch—it's thinner and lies flatter on the wrist, making it comfortable enough to wear through a 30-minute daily run or while sleeping for the AI Bedtime Guidance. Terrible battery life

The battery on this watch is abismal. I have don't nothing but sit at my desk and pickup food and kts down to 73%
