First one I bought didn’t even turn on. Wasted three hours with NewEgg to get credited. I can not give more than a 3-star review on this second one as of today because today is the first day I have used it and have not tested it yet to see what it can do. All I have done so far was upload software. That went well. Can add to the review a year from now if I find it amazing or not. Hope it is what many claim it to be. Fingers crossed.

This drive has handled anything I've thrown at it from regular BDs to 4K Blu-Rays. I also like the power switch at the back. Excellent option! The only thing I didn't like is the squeaking when I open and close the drive door. Maybe it just needs some lubricant.

The perfect disc drive I would get the five stars except the software titles that come with it are outdated and cannot be updated to the new version other than that I'm completely satisfied thank you Asus for a great computer accessory

Great Drive - sad BD Suite doesn’t work on Mac. I’m hopeful that Asus will create a version for Mac as there are many needed and useful tools n the suite to obtain the full measure of the drive. As it is, us Mac users are missing out.
