Superb fan, but terrible instructions

Having a fan/heater with an adjustable temperature feature is a dream. The unit is quiet, efficient, and versatile. The instruction booklet however is a disaster. I can not tell if it was written by a person with little knowledge of language or translated by a person with minimal skill or knowledge of more than one language. Example: “To start the machine oscillating, press the oscillation control button. ... The machine will not oscillate when the control buttons are pressed.” To register the warranty, one needs to know the Serial Number. The only number on the packing box or in the literature is a meaningless Part Number. No where in the instruction booklet does it say how to locate this Serial Number.

Awesome fan!

I picked up this fan when our 1st floor furnace went out during a cold spell. We needed some extra heat in our family room (during day) and bedroom (at night). This fan made a huge difference. I love how you can program the desired temperature and the unit kicks in as needed to maintain the desired temperature. Look forward to trying out the cooling option during the summer months. Very pleased!!!

Sleek design

I bought this heater a week ago due to out of the ordinary cold spell with 25mph plus winds and snow blowing against my glass doors on our home which is directly on the intercoastal waterway. The heater is perfect in keeping sitting area warm and comfortable. I researched many electric heaters and this one seemed to fit my needs. I believe you get what you pay for when comparing other heaters that typically cost hundreds of dollars less. I may not need this heater most of the winter but when it gets extremely cold I will for sure enjoy it. B

Great for extra heat or air

This machine is beyond great..... We bought to use in family room for extra heat or air without turning on fireplace and whole house unit. Small and heats up a large space in a short amount of time. Long term investment....

This is the best fan / heater/ cooler I have ever bought. it works great in most rooms and keeps the room at the temp you desire. Excellent product.

Great heater/fan

I bought this for my 95 year old Mother to use in her bathroom and it is wonderful - I don't have to worry about fire or her getting burned. Also, it is great if you have pets. Don't know how we lived without it!!!

Works Great and won't burn you

I have owned this machine for a year. It warms a room quickly and I can pick it up and move it in the room without it burning my hand. The fan is nice to use on a warm day. Recommend this to anyone who wants a light weight machine that both heats and cools
