Cannot go wrong with Dyson

My wife and I like to keep our house cooler then my mother whom also lives with us. We bought a DYSON hot+cold so mom could direct the warm air on her while in our living room and then move it to the her bedroom at night to keep her room warmer them the rest of the house.
The Dyson comes with a easily programable thermostat and the warm air turns off when desired temperature is reached. There are no unsafe hot coils..only safe warm air that works perfectly.
Both my wife and I love Dyson products. Very dependable and high quality. I strongly recommend this Dyson.

Excellent--could be Outstanding ...

This is a great little heater to take the morning chill off the room, but there is one thing that could be MUCH improved -- the remote control could be (a) RFI-linked instead of optically, and (b) that it could display the settings itself.

Great fan, amazing wife

My wife purchased this fan for my for Christmas due to us having a small child and this is one of the most child-friendly fans on the market. It does a fantastic job of heating and cooling and has a beautiful aesthetic. I only wish they made this in a larger size so I could get one for our living room.
For now, I will enjoy it each and every night I go to bed.
Highly recommended!

Another great Dyson product

Having owned the AM07 and enjoying its use, my SO needed a localized heating device so we bought the AM09. It is great cooling/heating fan. The controls are self explanatory and work for all our needs. We have a living room/dining room that is about 600 square feet and the thermostat is located about 30 feet from the AM09 and even tho the thermostat is set at 70 degrees (F) the AM09 set at 73 degrees will keep the entire area at 72 degrees. Don't know what this does to our electricity bill, but it sure is cozy watching tv. Dyson rocks.

Easy to set up and works very well.

I just took delivery this afternoon. I opened the box and removed the contents. I installed the base as set forth in the OPERATING MANUAL. I plugged it into a wall outlet and used the remote to turn it on and set it to provide heat to my bedroom. It heated the the to a comfortable temperature within a few minutes. So far, l am completely satisfied. Thank you Dyson for an excellent heater.

This machine was sent to me following a two year try with the AM05. The AM05 would work for a bit and then quit. This machine is wonderful and I thank the customer service department for being so kind and understanding and for making sure I had a machine that worked! This kind of customer service exists in very few places in the world currently. I appreciate it and am grateful for the new fabulous machine!
