[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm finding so many uses for this mounting tape! I did receive it as a sample to review, but I know I'll be buying more of it. We have a 3 season back porch, and I've tried SO many tapes and hook and loop tapes to mount an electrical cord on the ceiling from a fan to an outlet. Everything else has failed in a short amount of time. This is staying put, finally! We also recently got a camper, and I tried to mount a paper towel holder using hook and loop, but it failed as well. I used this tape, and it's staying put as well! I like that it's easy to cut with sissors, easy to peel the liner off, and best of all it actually WORKS.

Holding Strong

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product in exchange for a review. We have mounted our weather station using the Scotch Mount Extreme Double Sided Tape. So far so good. We previously attempted to hang this with Command Strips. It has fallen every time. Now, it is finally secure. The tape is very easy to use as the backing was easy to remove. It adhered very well to a vertical surface. The 30 lb weight capacity will ensure the station is stationary. The recommended amount of tape used seems to be doing a good job holding the weight.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a high quality double sided tape. Despite being thin it is extremely strong. Works great to hold stuff that might be to heavy for regular double sided tape. Being on a roll it's easy to cut it to the size you need.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this strong tape! The adhesive wore out on my command hook and I tried re sticking it with lots of other tapes, but they wouldn’t hold and my hook kept falling down. I was so excited to receive this tape for free in exchange for my opinion from 3M because I knew it would hold, and it has done the job! My command hook is back up and holding strong!!! Thanks 3M for making a great strong sticky tape!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to use this tape to hang a heavy whiteboard . My basement has fabric walls. I had to hang this on a door.
This tape was perfect for hanging a heavy whiteboard. It was easy to cut and apply.
I also used it on a stainless steel table!
This is great! Board is hanging tight!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the tape to mount a decorative display on my front porch which has an overhang that shelters it. It has withstood variable temperatures and conditions. The strength is remarkable. It is simple to apply. I'm elderly and not agile so it was great to be able to do the task by myself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this tape to mount an outdoor security camera to vinyl siding, and even after a few days of very heavy prolonged rain, it's holding strong. Seem to really get the job done, and was very easy to work with. Would definitely purchase more of this tape.

It’s okay—not a lot of product on roll

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s okay—directions call for a lot of product for hanging heavier items—the roll does not have a lot of product—will not get a lot of uses out of the roll—other than that so far so good—have not had to take item down and do not know what condition the wall will be in after or even how long tape will hold
