Slowest phone ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had nothing but trouble with this phone through Metro by T-Mobile with 128GB memory but when I first turned it on every few minutes get a error SystemUI failed after couple hours it stopped. And i let phone drain completely the first cycle phone died charged up to 100 turn on then something and now it systemUI and my dexcom app for my sugar leves. I have 6 people that has the same phone one with metro and the others Verizon, att boost and cricket there phone don't operate like mine is.

To address these issues, you can start by clearing the System UI cache. This process typically stops recurring pop-ups without deleting your personal data. Follow these steps:
1. Open the Settings app and go to Apps.
2. Tap the Sort/Filter icon (usually located next to "Your apps"), enable Show system apps, and then tap OK.
3. Search for and select System UI.
4. Tap Storage, then select Clear cache at the bottom right (do not tap Clear data).
5. Restart your phone.
Additionally, if your phone has drained completely, it may have triggered Android’s aggressive battery saver or other device restrictions, causing background apps like Dexcom to crash the UI. Here's how to fix that:
1. Go back to Settings > Apps and select the Dexcom app.
2. Tap on Battery and ensure it is set to Unrestricted. This will prevent the phone from shutting down the app in the background to save power, which can lead to errors.
3. Tap on Storage and select Clear cache (do not clear data, or you may need to log back in or re-pair your sensor).
Carriers like Metro by T-Mobile regularly release stability patches to fix system UI bugs. To ensure your phone is running the most stable version, go to Settings > Software update > Download and install.

I use my device everyday to stream movies or TV shows on Netflix or Pluto. I also most of the time listen to my music on my Pandora or YouTube apps. Another thing I do is look at clips on tik tok. Mainly I use it for my personal and business use. I can't forget about keeping up with friends and family on Facebook and messenger. I love sharing and posting reels I find interesting with everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this because it had great camers quality plus the size was nice the feeling of the phone was not to light not to heavy. The touch screen doesn't feel to thick or thin. Great quality endurance. Having no issues so far. The sound system is amazing and the fact I can customize my phone with its amazing features is what I like the most as well.
