[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm reviewing the Artisan Dough & Bread Maker, White & Stainless machine. The bread maker was packaged well, and after opening it, I found that everything was in great shape. I read the directions, which were easy to understand and follow, and made a loaf of bread. Using the recipe found in the machine manual, I made a small loaf of plain bread. I've never made homemade bread before, but found it to be very straightforward. Happy to say that it turned out great! Definitely happy with this product. Looking forward to making many more loaves of bread, and experimenting with other recipes! Cleanup was very simple..the only issue was with the paddle. It was stuck pretty well, but, with gentle persuasion I freed it up. Honestly, I'm very pleased with the machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I made 2 loaves of Rosemary Bread using a bread machine recipe and the loaves were outstanding. One loaf I made on a light baking cycle and the 2nd I made on a medium baking cycle . Outstanding performance from the bread machine. I will continue to make bread with this machine!
The taste and texture of the bread was fantastic!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I used a same brand bread maker before for several years. It was good, but broke later. It is 2nd time to purchase same brand machine. Hope it work better.

Artisan Bread

The first loaf of bread was Cuban bread made using the artisan dough setting. It was phenomenal! I am impressed with the number of settings on this bread maker. I just wish there were more recipes in the book.
