I just got it today. I used the dough cycle but I haven't tried any of it to rate it. But, the loaves look good.

regular milk vs nonfat dry milk
on August 26, 2026

I have just purchased this bread machine. I have not used it yet, but I was wondering if you could substitute regular milk for nonfat dry milk like my old bread machine that I have used for years. This bread machine looks like it will be easy to use, and I like that it came with written instructions and recipes.

This is a quick and simple solution to making healthier home made bread. I wish it came with more recipes.

My first loaf was very good. I had expected at least one to throw away. Very pleasantly surprised.
