[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The artisan bread maker in white and stainless is a good product. It is extremely easy to use. I also like that it's compact compared to some bread makers. It's easy to store fits nicely on the counter under cabinets. I like that it beeps 12 times before the right time to add in nuts or dried fruit or whatever you want to add into your bread. I also enjoy the bread that comes out of it. I like that the directions booklet came with a bunch of recipes that were very easy to follow. You do have to be meticulous when measuring but you get a measuring cup with it that helps with that. All in all I highly recommend it it's a really easy to use nice product to have in your house.

Home baked good without all the work!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried the Artisan Dough & Bread Maker by Hamilton Beach. This bread maker is beautiful with a white and stainless-steel exterior. The exterior is easy to wipe down and keep clean between uses. It has 14 settings to choose from, 3 loaf sizes and 3 crust color settings. The bread pan has a nonstick coating and is easy to remove for clean-up. I've made several different types of bread in my bread maker. It's simple you just add the ingredients for your recipe choose the menu setting for the type of bread you are making, choose the loaf size and color and press start. After that you just sit back and wait while you smell the bread rising and cooking.

Amazing bread maker device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a wonderful dough and bread maker machine for home use. I can make so many delicious food items in my kitchen with in few minutes. It comes with a recipe booklet that comes very handy. This is the first time i am using any machine like this it's very useful. My husband and I both love cooking and this is a smart kitchen appliance we both are loving this.

HOMEMADE BREAD IS THE BEST

I love that I can make three different sized loaves of bread and the manual has interesting recipes to try. I would love a backlight on the selection area at the top of this machine. This area is small and hard to see without extra light.
I have tried two recipes, French Bread and Basic White Bread. My French Bread was beautiful until it fell right before it baked. You can see my photo. I will try less yeast next time and see if this corrects this issue. The bread was still tasty. I love that these recipes give the ingredient weights so I can use my digital scale to measure all my ingredients. I did find that this bread which was the one- and one-half size loaf baked about 20 minutes before the machine would turn off, so I removed my bread after testing with a thermometer. I can adjust this myself and save about 20 minutes of time. I did find this machine kneads easily and stays stable on my counter with little vibration.
I wish the time of each cycle was given instead of the total time to make each bread. This medium French Bread light started kneading for about 18 minutes, then stopped and rested about 20 minutes. It started kneading again for about 25 minutes, rests about 20 minutes and then does a short sporadic knead a few times. I don't know exactly what time it begins to bake, but did find that the bread was done 20 minutes before the machine would shut down. I do wish the manual would include at least how long the bread bakes.
I have information also for the Basic White Bread cycles which I have for my personal information and found the the medium loaf on light was fully cooked about 15 minutes before shut off.
I am having fun and enjoying this machine. The bread pan cleans easily and releases the bread with little effort. I will enjoy using this machine and enjoy wonderful homemade bread!

Dough and Bread Perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a sophisticated machine. It arrived in perfect condition and my model is white. Very important to read the instructions and follow the cleaning and setup. The preset function buttons are quite impressive! The lid opens easily and the interior pieces fit nicely. When I did the initial run, the motor sound reminded me of my Mother’s big mixer and bread hook running in my childhood and that was a pleasant surprise. I suggest following the enclosed instructions and make a simple plain loaf of white bread first and then move into more extensive bread selections as your comfort level increases. It is truly a great addition to any kitchen and if you have room I suggest leaving it on your counter top. You’ll be surprised at what a conversation starter it is! Everyone will be asking for your homemade bread!

There are a lot of different settings to use for different types of bread dough. Only three steps and you are in your way making bread or dough. I absolutely love this machine.

I make various yeast breads for sandwiches and toast, cornbread to go with chili or soup; and doughs for pizza, dinner rolls and cinnamon rolls. I've enjoyed using this bread maker with no issues.
