Impressive looking bread maker,performed well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was interesting as to the small footprint and weight of this bread maker. So was anxious to give it a try. Made and baked 2 breads,one was a white bread from included booklet,the other a sweet apple bread.i also made a pizza dough from booklet. The breads baked up beautifully and tasted great! The pizza dough came out very nice according to me feeling the texture, it baked off well and i made small pizzas from it,unfortunately ,no pics for pizzas. The only issue i had with this machine was that it was noisy. Almost sounded like metal clanging. I did like the vents on the side of machine,may help to let some of the steam out and keep breads crusty.

Making bread is so easy now!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is nothing better than smelling bread baking and then putting butter on freshly made bread! Making bread and rolls can be a task that takes alot if practice but this bread maker does all the hard work out of that and i am there for it! You can create so many different types of breads and i like there are different settings for darkness of the crust because i like lite crust. They have starter recipes that help alot and also different size loaf sizes. The instructions were very easy to follow and i made a regular loaf white bread and man it was delicious! The control panel on the machine was easy to use and clean up was easy to. I cant wait to try different recipes out. You can even do dinner rolls so i will be trying out alot of different recipes. This is a very nice machine!

Pretty much perfect bread maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love, love, love the Artisan Dough and Bread Maker by Hamilton Beach! First of all I like the slim design. Doesn't take up a lot of room and not too heavy. I made a loaf of french bread following the recipe out of the Hamilton Beach manual. I was craving Rosemary bread so I just added some Rosemary to the recipe. Bread came out perfect! Also, love the options of deciding if I want light medium or dark crust. After reading the manual the bread machine was easy to work with. The only con is that the machine is a little loud at times. Other than that I am extremely pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never owned a bread machine before, so this was a little intimidating to use for the first time. The good thing is that the instructions are very clear. The first bread I made was French bread using the recipe from the booklet it came with. It was neat to see it kneading and working its magic from the top circular window. However, my bread came out with an extremely hard crust, and the center was quite dense. This may be my own fault because I only had all-purpose flour on hand, and the recipe called for bread flour. I will be buying some bread flour and give it another go. Can't wait to try more bread types!

Making bread has never been so easy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved my Hamilton Beach artisan dough & bread maker! As a passionate home baker, I just wanted one piece of innovative equipment. Not only it is aesthetically attractive, but it also works very well. The artisan dough setting produces dough with the perfect texture and consistency, whether I'm making bread or pizza dough. It has 14 programmed settings, including gluten-free and whole grain, and it has a delay timer that allows me to wake up to freshly baked bread in the morning! Cleanup is very easy thanks to the nonstick bread pan and paddle, and the compact size makes storage effortless. Definitely it’s a must-have for any kitchen. Highly recommended!

Versatile Bread Maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this bread maker with good results. Easy to follow instructions, love that it has a lot of recipes. I tryed the basic bread recipe twice. Once i used regular flour, it was a heavier bread but good taste. Then i made it with bread flour which turned out lighter and great flavor. I also tryed french bread wirh regular flour it was tougher crust than i wanted, used for garlic bread. I also tried making jam. I used strawberries and pineapple. It was delicious, only drawback was it is a freezer jam and i usually don't make that as i don't have much freezer space. Overall it definitely works better than my old one. The only thing i eoul do to improve is make it so the cord would wind up on bottom to store away.

Artesian Dough & Bread Maker Stainless Steel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used the bread maker this morning. Easy to unbox and the instructions were easy. Made a pizza dough and a loaf of bread. Both turned out exactly as desired. The beater bar was easily removed for cleaning . The bread maker was not hot on the outside while in use. This can be a concern esp. with stainless steel items. Overall very nice job and added to my countertop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works great. So far i have made french bread and loaf bread. The machine makes making bread easy. I put all of the ingredients in as listed pressed the desired bread button and sit back and relaxed. There are several buttons such as dough. French bread, quick bread and loaf. The design is perfect for a small space.
