Constantly crashes freezes and misses texts/calls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had nothing but issues with this phone since the day I purchased it. The device is incredibly laggy and freezes constantly. Even worse the system UI crashes all the time and my apps repeatedly crashed during normal use.
Most importantly the core and functionality of the phone does not work reliably I frequently do not receive my phone calls at all and my text messages are often delayed for hours after other people send them to me I have thoroughly checked and made sure that all system and app updates are completely up to date but the problem persists it has been an absolutely terrible experience and I cannot recommend this device.

1. Using two fingers, swipe down from the top right corner of the screen and tap the Settings icon.

Very disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Several months ago after recovering from surgery, I chose the A17 5G after my old Galaxy S10 phone was caught in a bucket of water. As much as I'm getting used to it more and more, and I love it, I wonder if the next update for both A16 and A17 5G will include aleays-on-display features in this climate, just like it was done before on legacy Samsung phones.

Would like to remove vision phone and all phone services except the one supplied by my carrier, Consumer Cellular--the same service I had with my previous phone. Also would like an absence of interruptions suggesting that I install new apps. Keep such ads in the background.
