This product has many defects

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this phone as a plan change with free devices. If I had known it would be so bad I would have kept my service with Metro and my A15. I lost a lot getting this phone. Amazon prime. Google one storage isn't included in my bill anymore I'm having to pay extra. Very disappointed.

Slowest phone I have ever used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Samsung Galaxy A17 5G for the great price point, without looking into the specs before my purchase. At a max of 4gb RAM you pretty much go back in time when dial-up was a thing and find yourself waiting for what feels like an eternity to load onto the next screen. There's plenty of other phone you can purchase that are in the same price range that are actually 8gb ram and way faster.
