[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel like this model has a lot of glitches !! It freezes and constantly needs restarted because it says it's running slow. But it doesn't help!! It lags terribly... Maybe just a bad phone and not the whole model.

There are several potential causes for frequent app crashes on your Samsung Galaxy device, and the steps below will help you troubleshoot them. Before taking further action, please update your device's software, as this may resolve the issue:
1. From the Home screen, touch **Apps**.
2. Touch **Settings** (you may need to swipe left or right to find it).
3. Touch **About device**.
4. Touch **Software update**.
5. Touch **Update**.
If you haven't restarted your device in over a day, please do so now. The app may be crashing due to a memory glitch, and turning your device off and on again can often resolve this issue. If the problem persists, follow these steps:
1. From the Home screen, touch **Apps**.
2. Touch **Manage Applications** (you may need to swipe left or right to locate it).
3. Select the application that keeps crashing.
4. Touch **Clear Data** and then **Clear Cache**.
Another possible reason for the app crashes could be a lack of memory. The unstable app may not have enough memory to function properly. Consider uninstalling any unused or infrequently used apps, and/or deleting some media files to free up internal memory.
If the source of the behavior cannot be identified, it may be necessary to perform a factory data reset to resolve the issue. You can reset your device by going to **Settings > Privacy > Factory data reset** (or **Settings > Backup and reset > Factory data reset**).
