Its a great upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose to upgrade after having my previous phone for close to 6 years. I hadn't wanted to upgrade til I needed more space for photos and memories.
It was a great choice of phone to upgrade to. Especially cost wise as I was on a budget. The storage space is great and the cameras are 10x better then my old phone.

Wanted to like it

Its super laggy, freezes all the time, cant play basic games without constantly stopping, have to try to make a call 5 plus times just for it to go through. This is the worst phone I have had in so long!

This tool allows you to automatically optimize your phone for better and faster performance. Make sure to check that your device's software is updated to the latest version. After that, you can optimize your battery and take advantage of power-saving modes.
Your battery is crucial to your phone's longevity, and there are several settings you can adjust to extend its life:
**Step 1:** Go to **Settings**, then swipe to and tap **Device care**.
**Step 2:** Tap **Battery**, then select **Power mode** and choose from the following options:

This product is a downgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this A17 model last month with the impression it would be an improvement from the A16, but i was disappointed. The phone is super slow to restart and then non responsive to open apps. Keep in mind, new phone and barely has any memory used. I use the phone for work and it will not keep up with texting or entering info on the qwerty keyboard. I will never buy another A series phone again.
