These last 2 models have irritated me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My A17 & A16 give me the same problems. The drop down menu doesn't send texts, or it does when it feels like it. And that's all messages. Also, my camera on these last 2 models has some kind of bug. The camera fails alot and it's just slow the other times. I've never had a complaint before with any of my Samsung phones, but these 2 have not treated me well at all.

This phone has a big screen like I like

Thirdly I use my phone for so many things like looking for work, watching tv, social media, doing surveys, playing video games just to name a few so I needed a phone that could keep up.
