It wont let me answer Issues the first day!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone is so slow you can't even answer a phone call if you don't catch the phone call at the beginning of the call it doesn't respond quick enough. lol
6 months into having it the phone runs poorly it's slow you can easily get ahead of this phone so it will ghost tap a lot and end up giving you iu not
responding error.
Worst phone I've had. I've had phones that I've owned 10 years ago that run better than this. The IU error thing not responding started the first day I got it I have insurance but I don't want the same phone and for the money absolutely not worth it. It's making me want to get a better more expensive phone so I don't have this issue which makes it even worse of a decision. Unsatisfied and honestly its a daily frustration having a slow preforming phone. I'd get done with work faster with a smooth running phone. The phone diagnostic says it's fine but I think something's wrong with it. Cant switch tabs without it crashing and can't watch a video and do anything else or the playback is done for.

My Samsung A series

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose Samsung A series phones now and have been since they started. Here are my reasons. 1 value, there always a good price for what you get. Second, there user friendly. I've never had any problem adapting to any of my A series even my first one. They ha e always made it easy to find and do whatever I need. Thirdly function even though it's not the top rated phone, I feel for my needs it's the top of it's class.

I really like this phone

Not up to standards

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this device because its what I could afford at the time but this Phoenix dose not add up yo Samsung standers in my book not enough storage or memory the up is never responsive I use my phone for everything and need a phone that can live up to what I need. Samsung has always been my go to but considering looking into other brands because Samsung at least the a series of phone are not all they are cracked up to be.
