I highly encourage anyone to purchase this product! I do want to share some tips that I learned after my first use of the Ooni. First, it is incredibly simple to set up and adjust the temperature. The part that gets tricky is transferring the pizza to and out of the oven. My first attempt resulted in a calzone instead of a pizza. For our second pizza, we heavily floured a large spatula and that worked better. We have since purchased a pizza peel, but it has not yet been used. I made my dough using Ooni’s classic pizza dough recipe. I found it bland, although the cooked texture was perfection. I will experiment with some other dough recipes in the future. So overall, I need to play around some, but I definitely will continue in search of the perfect Ooni pizza.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fits perfectly on my kitchen counter! Safe and easy to use. It heats up pretty quickly too. Cleaning is easy and you can just keep the stone in the oven to clean. EASY! I really liked how you can use this as an oven and not just for pizza. I made cheese breadsticks for my son and it was so quick and easy compared to a traditional oven. I can’t wait to have sooo many pizza nights. This is my favorite appliance ever!
