Mainly great but loses heat after a while

We do absolutely love this pizza oven but we have found that after using for a while it struggles to maintain its temperature.

I love everything about Ooni volt 2 it’s neat and best appliance you can have in your kitchen my only take is the Neapolitan pizza mode I get burnt bottom all the times no matter what I do. Just can’t believe an oven like that can’t do it right and I think it’s fixable thing just please come out with a different stone!

We have done two pizza dinners on the Volt 2 and the pizzas have turned out great. If we continue to have this success, I may never use my outside pizza oven again.

Wonderful pizza oven - indoor convenience

i had one of the original outdoor wood burning pizza ovens and loved it but it took some pre-planning to make pizzas and it ended up not being used as often as i wanted to have pizza.
But this little oven is fantastic! I love it. I did get a permanent rolling cart for it so i could store it in my pantry and roll it out to use!

We are loving the volt 2! We have the Karu2 but when it’s unbearably cold outside, and if you eat pizza a few times a week this is fantastic. The pizza comes out restaurant quality, we love the ny or Neapolitan options. We’ll be using this all the time.
