I used a different brand of pellets when first using my smoker. It was fine but was running low so I started to do research on what others were using. Found great reviews on Bear Mountain. I love it. Gave so much flavor to the food. Just received another order. Highly recommend Bear Mountain!

Used on Salmon, pork belly and ribs. All with outstanding flavor with a hint of spiciness from the wood. Gonna have to get more of this.
