The pellets do exactly what they are advertised to do. They burn on queue and smoke up the smoker. The mesquite smoke is very good.

Growing up in Texas I got a real taste for mesquite smoke. What a flavor! It is a very strong smoke, so I mix in with other flavors to compliment what I am smoking.

I have tried several hardwood pellet brands and so far these are just as good, if not more flavorful. Factor in a reasonable price and I am sold. My only gripe is the packaging is kind of lame. I had one of two bags that had a 3” slice in it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
