I like Roku, but the remotes power jack is so loose the power cord won’t stay plugged in. Serenading

I upgraded when my original stopped working. There are frequently times when it repeats the previous 5 seconds. The remote doesn't seem aa smooth and sometimes does 2 press when I only press once.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
