Needs to have updated software for voice & other

Picture is VG but voice sync is bad no matter what I try, both on tv or in Ultra.
Remote buttons starting to fail, must press multiple times to get results.

My prior Roku gave up thr ghost so I decided to try this upgraded product. I like that I can now turn on thr TV & adjust the volume. I also used one of the 2 blank buttons for Prime. I wish I could load the other buttons. I don't like that Roku decides for me which service I want to watch. Haven't trued to use the other features.
Also bought a Roku stick for my Smary TV since that is the only way I can watch I can watch my local CBS station.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great but has one issue

Overall great but mine has an issue when watching something the audio will cut out for 2 seconds then come back, video was always visible just audio cuts out at least once per movie

This was a great investment to upgrade my viewing experience. I can access all of my channels with super quality. I would recommend the ROKU ULTRA to anyone who wants a quick easy setup with high definition video. I give it an A+

Roku Ultra is a worthwhile upgrade

Having switched to streaming three years ago as part of a cost-saving exercise, we were introduced to Roku streaming by a family member who couldn’t talk up its features enough. Now, after three years of absolutely loving Roku and streaming, we started experiencing one of our units getting hot frequently, requiring us to power off the set in the middle of watching something. I found the Ultra upgrade and replaced both of our Roku sticks even though the one was working just fine. OMG! Now I can watch my favorite shows without bothering anyone with the new headphones feature! And the picture quality is dramatically better especially since at least one of our televisions is newer and can handle HD so much better. I am so glad we upgraded to Ultra and I am a huge proponent of Roku. Whether using it at home or watching shows on the road, Roku is the way to go. Never will there be cable television and the ridiculous costs of cable in my house again!!
