Roku Upgrade

I bought this model to replace an older one. When we purchased a new Samsung OLED TV we would receive HDCP Errors with the older model. This model fixed the problem.

I bought their big dog the 4802. Nothing but problems. Bad remote, kept losing audio and kept going to blank screen. Remote buttons kept sticking.They replaced main unit and remote. Remote is going bad again and the audio is still dropping out. I have to keep unplugging the unit to get it to work. I have two other Rokus in the house {the small ones} no problems
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The new Roku has fixed problems I had with the old one I had. It works faster and is much easier to use.

Replacement for Roku stick.

I purchased this to replace an old Roku stick. Stopped my screen from freezing up. Used with home theater system Dolby Atmos it improved sound and audio quality.
