No Difference????

Bought the Ultra thinking it would improve the viewing experience. Do not see any difference from the other (cheaper) Roku device that I have. This device even has an annoying glitch that happens periodically. Sometimes when I turn it on it emits a piercing sound that won't stop until the device is unplugged and reset.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the best streaming box out here. I really like it a lot. I do knock one star off for the remote. Sorry Roku, your top remote still needs work. Bad placement for volume and mute, plus the lack of an easy keypad, hurts this product from being nearly perfect. I still use it daily and own more than one.

It's super easy to set up and use. I love that I can house all my channels in one place. Even Prime and Spectrum. News to this senior.
