Purchase this Ultra and the white light on the streaming device doesn’t seem to shut off. It stays on 24/7. What the problem or is that how it should function?

The Roku seems to have a slow reaction time, the remote button sometimes you have to push it 2-3 times to get the mute button to work

remote is not as good as previous one

We have been using the new model 4802 maybe a month or more now and the microphone does work off/on - it also jumps around.... we have recharged it but to no avail it still does it every now and then.. considering going back to the previous version.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
