It locks up quite a bit. The older ones worked better

The remote is becoming problematic

I keep getting low charge and comes up in the right upper corner every 5 seconds. It requires resetting to work normal, I wish I could go back to replacing batteries.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi David, thank you for sharing with us. We’re happy to help fix this issue. Did you know that if the remote is not properly paired to the TV, it will drain the batteries in a few days? To ensure efficient communication between your Roku remote and streaming device, you can try resetting your remote. If your remote has a pairing button, press and hold it for 20 seconds. If it doesn't have a pairing button, press and hold the Back and Home buttons for 20 seconds. After that, restart your Roku device and try to re-pair your voice remote to your streaming device. Overpriced but kind of worth it

Everything works exceptionally well. If you have a 4k tv with great sound system this product works to its fullest potential, but if you don’t than you might as well get the basic Roku and save yourself some money.

Superior happy with this magic box ! I’ve owned 2 tcl roku loaded tvs and love their format ! Just bought a tv that didn’t have Roku so …. I bought their best streaming box and love it you should too ! And Best Buy has great prices as well as people who can answer you questions ! Do it ! 😄
