Love my Roku Ultra!

I've had Roku products for a decade and the ULTRA is the absolute best. Great performance, easy to use AND the rechargeable remote is the cherry on top. Go get one...NOW!!

Not a good experience, HDCP errors almost daily

Brand new NEO LED TV, brand new Roku Ultra and HDCP errors daily. Sure I can follow the instructions every day to get it working again, unplug the HDMI, unplug the Roku, power off, power on, etc, etc... but how Roku thinks this is a "solution" to a daily issue? Very disappointing to have these kind of consistent connectivity issues on a new product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It’s a delight having one that works properly. My first one had problems your support never resolved I still have it, in a box, in the closet.
But this one is fine.
Additional: stop cluttering up the home page with all the junk you keep adding, that I can’t remove

I have used Roku to steam and am not satisifed. Every time I turn on the TV, I have to unplug the Roku device and then plug it back in. It works fine after that.

Remote ossues

I like my Roku however having issue with the remote it does always allow me to adjust the sound. It freezes from time to time and I have to use the tv remote to adjust the sound, also some it will not let me change the channel. Never had and issue with my old remote's just the on the new altra Rolu. I've been using Roku for years this is the first one I've had in issues with.

I’ve been buying Roku for a decade. Each generation gets better and better. My son argues I don’t need it. I tell him it makes watching shows and changing channels so much easier it’s well worth the cost. Will never change!

The Roku Ultra is a great streaming device. I had the Roku 2 & 3 and I like them, but the Roku Ultra is much better. Thank you, Roku.
