So easy to use and love the features it offers to make streaming easier and enjoy the shows that the Roku channel has! Great purchase and would highly recommend! Love being able to do Photo Streams to view photos when we aren’t watching anyhing.

I bought this last month and am so glad that I did! It makes viewing much easier to have my streaming services all in one place! Also the streaming services load a lot faster than they did via my cable provider!

I like that I don’t have to replace batteries every time I turn around. Surprised how long charge lasts. It also turns tv off after certain amount of time.

I recently switched from satellite from two different companies, to streaming in my primary home and my vacation home. I was hesitant at first but have found Roku streaming to be much better.

Good item, but too bright....

I have been using Roku products for several years. I think I've gone through 5-6 of them in multiple rooms in my house. I have issues with a few things -
1. I don't like the "Live" menu at the top of the streaming hubs - I suspect there is a way to remove that in the menu, but it seems too much (that's a software issue)
2. The front light is really bright—too bright. Generally, the brightness was that high only when rebooting, so I find it a bit distracting.
3. I did have an issue with my universal remote and the new Roku. That may be an issue with the remote, so I'm not sure if that's a real issue - I do use a work around. Basically the Roku player was accepting the input from the remote even when it wasn't selected as the device in use.
