Powerful connectivity

So easily connects and stays connected to wifi. I prefer to stream with a roku as opposed to other devices/TVs. I've had a roku for 15 years and this is the best one yet!

Wanted Ethernet Connection

My wifi was not giving me the performance I wanted. The ethernet hookup has provided me with a faster more reliable internet connection. The ROKU Ultra provided what I wanted. I didn't care about the headphones. They do not have the best sound quality. If you need headphones look elsewhere. No backlight on the remote is very disappointing. I would not have upgraded if my wyfy connection did the job.

I purchased this to download my cable app. It's very easy to download apps. The remote can be recharged so no need to change batteries. If you lose the remote their is a button on the roku that you can push and it makes a noise.

I ordered this in May (from a reputable supplier) when a special promotion price was offered. After 6-7 weeks of delivery delays, I finally ordered the device from Roku. Funny how that worked out for Roku. We have very good internet service, and I expected this new Roku to make a huge difference in picture quality on our newest 4k LG tv. The quality is better; overall, it was probably a good idea to update the device for this tv.
