Purchased a new TV with the ultra. The ultra is reliable and easy connected to my TV. I use the ultra to control the on/off for power as well as volume control. I use the reverse button to switch between sports shows.

We have always been Dish customers but recently moved into a new home and our son said it was time to ditch the old satellite systems and step into the modern era! There have been some learning challenges but we are loving it now

Been using Roku for years and have 4 of them, this new Roku is very fast and easy to use. Fast is the main difference, instant load of whatever you watch.

My 5th Roku

ROKU has provided my family with ease of use, overwhelming access and great user interface. It is reliable and fast and to me the best way to view content on a TV. The best aspect of the device in my mind is that I can plug an external hard drive into it via USB, and I have at my fingertips 3 terabytes of all my favorite videos, photos and music... easily accessed, immediately, anytime. I've been using ROKU since I cut the cord almost 20 years now. I've watched it improve and improve over time. Customer support has always been quick and fantastic. Can imagine using anything else.
