Love it except..

Love the roku ultra.Have other roku's have been using for years. Picture is super sharp and responsive. My only problem is my new roku ultra stops,shuts down and reboots. How do I remedy this? Tried everything I know. If I can solve this I would definitely give stars.

Hello, Rick. Thanks for letting us know about the behavior you're seeing with your Roku device. If you plugged your Roku player into a USB port on your TV, check for a low-power signal on your Roku. If you see a red flashing light or a low-power warning on your TV screen, switch to a different port. Or, use the power adapter to plug the device into a wall outlet instead.

Bought another set for my ex wife due to the features and pictures are good.The remote has a headphone set that you can watch without bothering others.I have this device for almost 8 years and i will recommend to anyone tomget it even i have a smart tv i still would prefer my roku❤️

The goldilocks of steaming

Our house has been using roku for 5 or 6 years. Started with a roku tv for son's room, now We've eliminated all cable through out the house and only using roku. This newest box is probably the best besides the actual tv. Picture is so sharp and has lots of free stuff to chose from. If you have app services the possibility are endless. Highly recommend.

Love my Roku Ultra

I started with the Roku 4k+ and I recently upgraded to the Ultra. It's Fantastic!!! Works faster and I like the ability to connect to my router via Ethernet. I'm telling everyone I know to ditch their other streaming devices and make the switch to Roku.

I love the simplicity of the remote, but it is able to do everything I need to do. I like the layout of the screen, not too complicated. Seems to have access to all of the apps that I need to make my choices.
