It came with the earbuds, so she can listen to it as load as she need with out disturbing any one, they are also comfortable. This system works real well, have it on a big screen sony tv that is mounted; since it has a HDMI on the side connection it was easy to hook up

Great Platform

So, it seems my preferred brand of TV is not updating it's TV's for certain year models. The Roku box give the flexibility to stream agnostically and not worry if the TV manufacturer is going to force a new TV purchase. The Roku saved me from an unnecessary TV purchase.

Using the Home Run app with a digital antenna.

This is the one to buy if you’re using Home Run & you want the sound to be decoded for older TV’s. You can receive your antenna channels on all your TV’s through Roku.

I initially had the Roku stick which was connected to the t.v., since I had a cable box. However, one I cut cable and just use wifi for streaming, the quality was horrible! Kept buffering. With Roku Ultra, it's like night and day! No problems, everything works beautifully! Very happy customer again. Also, the remote with a mike, awesome!

I bought this to use with my Sony TV that came with the absolutely awful Google TV OS. Roku works great. Google is slow and slower. Roku allows you to watch and enjoy without buffering delays . Buy Roku equipped TV and stay away from Google TV.

I HAVE TRIED (3) ROKU AND FIRE STIX ONLY (3 GENERATIONS), AND THIS NEW ROKU ULTRA IS THE BEST! SUPERIOR DISPLAY AND MUCH BETTER WIFI ACCESS (NO SPINNING WHEELS LOL). YOU WON'T BE DISSAPPOINTED.
